The body worksheet

As it is summer time, and I try to take my girls out as much as possible, taking care of my skin can be a real problem. Yes I am a little neurotic and apply lot of sunscreen through the day, I do feel the effects of the sun when I get back. I was very happy to know that the lotion contains Aloe. I am a big fan of all natural products but a bigger fan of Aloe. My grandmother has always used it on us and it worked brilliantly. The one thing I was not fond of was the sticky feeling I had. I was pleased however after applying the Hawaiian Lotion that not only did I not feel sticky, but I got all the cooling and healing effects of the Aloe. I would recommend the Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration After the Sun Lotion so all you moms. It not only feels good on the skin, but having a very dry face naturally, I can see the improvements.

Like some of you know, my girls love nail polish. As a mom, I have little to no time to sit at a salon and get my nails done. I usually give myself a quick polish as I treat my girls to time at my "spa". We do have fun but they are not professorial looking. I was very happy to try out SinfulColors Professional Nail Polish. I have to say it does the job. After applying two coats and letting it dry, I have a nice professional look. It drys in average time and has a nice bold look. The only flaw, is if you look really close there is a streak or two that did not blend but most folks are not getting that close to your nails. 

To start off with, I was blown away by the scent of the shampoo and conditioner. I love shae butter but not all companies can pull it off. I could not wait to use it. After applying the shampoo, I have to say it was average. I do not think it worked wonders on my hair. When I applied the conditioner, my hair softened and felt okay. The real test was to come when I brushed my hair. Let me tell you it passed. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair really nice to brush. The delicious smell made it more fun. It has a nice light smell that lingers and to me that is super important. Bottom line I feel Not Your Mothers Beach Babe Shampoo and Conditioner were an average product. Although it has a nice smell and conditioned it well, my hair did not feel any smoother or silkier then with the other brands. If I see it in stores I would buy it again, but it will not be my go to product. 

I am sure many of you remember my big a fall a while back. Well it left me with a broken elbow. I am pleased to say that my recovery has gone smoothly and now I am in therapy twice a week. I work with kids all day so one of the firs things I told my therapist was to push me as hard as he feels my body can handle to I can heal fast. Doing therapy this way has got me a lot of mobility but has also left me feeling sore after each session. I try to keep up a happy face but on days like this morning when I was pushed double hard, I just feel blah. How coincidental that I got my package last night. The Berry drink is like taking pain relievers only in a liquid form. The flavor taste like your average kids meds but at least you are not left feeling soar. As a matter of fact after taking one dose of shot therapy, I am sure spending time with you kids will be a breeze. I would just recommend using it sparingly. At this does look like an energy drink it is really a medicine and should only be used as needed.

To me this concept was very new but I have to say I like it. For the busy mom on the go, all you have to do is empty contents of smoothie bag in the blender, add juice and go. Jamba kits come in all sorts of flavors from Strawberries Wild to their Fruit and Veggie blends. In addition to their regular kits, they also have a frozen line. Although I am not really into the grab and go breakfasts, I have to say on a very busy morning, having a Jamaba Juice on hand would be really nice.
